• Customized, personalized, hygiene-related, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

• Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any risk during transit.

• Please return items to the original supplier address provided on the package.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as refunds can only be issued after the returned item is received.

Gifts

• If the item was purchased as a gift, an eligible refund will be issued as a gift credit.

• Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
